I don't have much education and won't be able to start a college course for quite a while. Until then, I would like to enhance my resume right away so I was thinking about paying for some online courses in Excel, Administration, Medical Terminology, etc. I want courses that will help me advance in the work world but don't know if employers will take them seriously or
