Question by Redesign Diva: How safe or unsafe is it to sell your home via land contract and move out of state? Any tips???
We currently live in the metro Detroit Mi area and the real estate market is HORRIBLE!!! I received an email with someone interested in buying our house via a land contract or lease with option to buy. I first said no and then my girlfriend told me I was crazy and I should take it. My husband got a job out of state so we need out soon! ANY advice on how
