Where can I talk to someone who speaks Japanese and English?

Question by Zak Parker: Where can I talk to someone who speaks Japanese and English?
Im looking for someone who can answer a few questions for me. I am currently learning Japanese online, and I need a bit of help with its structure. Its much easier with an actual person there, so If someone could give me there emal or skype or windows live so I can chat with them, or if you can tell me where I can find someone who speaks english and Japanese, I would really appreciate it!
